So I add personal Messages to the Forum and there are a couple ways to use it.
First you can just go to the Messages tab on menu here as shown

Second you can go to members ar where you see someone avatar there is a little messages icon to directly send a message to that person

Once u have more people messaging you you will get a list to select who you want to message

The Message icon is also on the avatars, first pic on Phone second on desktop
